Reinventing 24 was born from a simple truth: people are capable of extraordinary transformation when they have the right structure, the right support, and the right conversation at the right time.

I began my career in mental health counseling, where I learned how people grow, what holds them back, and how powerful it is when someone feels truly seen. Counseling taught me to listen beneath the surface, to understand patterns, and to create a space where people can explore who they are without judgment.

But over time, I realized my passion wasn’t just helping people understand why they were stuck — it was helping them build the clarity, systems, and momentum to move forward. I wanted to help people reinvent themselves in real time, not just reflect on the past.

That’s where coaching came in.
